Background Checks: As part of our standard procedure, we will conduct thorough background checks on the potential tenant, including verifying their employment, credit history, and previous rental references, to ensure a reliable and trustworthy tenancy.

Move-In Preparation: Once the tenant is approved, we will coordinate with them to arrange a move-in date that suits both parties. We will ensure that the flat is in proper condition for the new tenant, addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks promptly.

Step 03 

Rent Collection and Management: As property managers, we will handle the collection of rent, security deposits, and any ongoing maintenance requests on your behalf if applicable . We will keep you informed regularly about the status of the tenancy and promptly address any concerns that may arise.
